John Carle was a high producing REALTOR in St. Albert with what many considered to be a great business. He was with a big brokerage that put high value of volume sales & gross commissions earning. John was consistently at the top of their awards models, selling more and more homes.
But he wasn’t happy. Something was missing.
He was working with a young couple during this time. Their joy and excitement really pulled at his heart. While sitting at lunch with some of his colleagues, listening to the office chatter about sales and earnings and sales tactics, he had what he describes as his “Jerry Maguire” break through.
The very next day, he changed his philosophy.
The goal isn’t how many more homes we can sell, it’s about making a genuine difference in the lives of our clients. It’s about doing a great job for the client in front of us today, giving them the time and respect they deserve.
Thus was born the Nice Agents real estate team.
